The best service from Kayla - Trainyards location!! I had a minor issue with my dress and I dealt with Kayla who was more than helpful. Given this issue, I was very stressed that my dress wouldn’t be ready in time, but Kayla reassured me that everything was going to be OK and not to stress about anything. Within a week the situation was rectified and the dress was shipped back to me (since the store was closed because of Covid-19). Meghan was awesome. I came to the store without an appointment. They immediately accommodated me. I found the dress I wanted and the shoes and the earrings and the slippers and the little joke items. Prices were amazing. I am so happy..

Amy was so welcoming when we entered the store today and very helpful yesterday when I called to make the appointment. Katie was AMAZINGGGGGGGGGGGG!!! She took such amazing care of me and my family - literally went above and beyond. I would like to mention that every employee here went out of their way to make me feel special with kind compliments and holding my phone to take pictures etc. Thank you so much - Thank you for making this a dream come true for me.
