Taylor helped my daughter and I to find a prom dress for daughter. Excellent help and patience, didn't make us feel rushed at all despite how busy it was. When we saw how long a wait it was going to be we almost left elsewhere but Taylor saw that and got us looking at options right away until we could get a dressing room. Very impressed with her customer service skills, thanks very much! Especially for helping my daughter find the right dress within less than a hour! Mark W
