I had the pleasure of being bailed out of a terrible situation by Hannah from David's Bridal in Ottawa and Hannah's customer service skills were nothing short of amazing. I had purchased a dress at our local David's Bridal and fell in love with it five minutes after I went in the store. There was a flaw in the dress and it was made worse by alterations and someone who had pressed the neckline and damaged it even more.
