Amazing customer service!!! My prom is this weekend and as I was trying on my prom dress at home I noticed a few things such as a missing eye clasp and a thread that connected the fabric of the dress to the zipper came loose as well. Imagine you're a bridesmaid in a wedding taking place 12 days from now (not even 2 weeks) and it turns out the dress you originally ordered does not fit right.
