I had a extremely horrible experience at the North lake location in Charlotte, and seriously didn't want to make another appointment with Davids Bridal at all, but I had to find a dress. I set up a appointment with the Pineville location with hesitation. I walked in and was actually greeted by the front desk help. She checked me in and gave me instructions while I waited for my consultant to arrive. Mitzi was AWESOME!!! She was very patient\helpful with my mother and I. My mother wanted a particular dress she took it upon herself to call all the stores where the dress were available. We will definetly be back again!!!

I had an amazing experience Saturday Oct. 29th. The staff were extremely patient with my 3 best friends, Mom, Sister, Son 13 and Niece 2. Casey was phenomenal with providing options i would have not tried myself. She went above and beyond to make the dress i chose my very own style. Thank you all so very much. Me again...so I went back in today without an appointment because I was having the famous "bridal anxiety attack" over the dress choice. Katie was there and the manager was so accommodating on how I was feeling. She was the calm that I needed! They put me in the dress that I had chosen with the veil I bought.
