They told us we couldn't bring champagne yet a family had it last week. Plus we were told they didn't have water. Then another associate brought all 11vofbus ice cold water. I think they a little racist

I went to David's Bridal yesterday with my daughter Kayla. We had an appointment at 3:30 Sunday and were appointed a sales associate who took us back and seated our group. She took Kayla to look at dresses and Kayla advised her on what her budget was. She immediately came back to us with her clipboard and asked who was responsible for paying for the dress. We were there on 2-12 looking for my daughter's bridal gown. 1st appointment anywhere in this process. Brought 7 people with us as we were all excited to start this search. Got many annoyed looks when they realized that we were all together. We understood when they told us that there would not be enough seating for all of us. No problems. Was disappointed to see no platform with mirrors for brides to see themselves in the dress. Ok, we took pictures so she could see. The girl that helped us was not happy at all. Drove 2 hours for my best friend (the bride) only to be scolded because I chose 3 dresses instead of 2 to try on. As if I knew what the protocol was? She was condescending and just plain rude. To top it off, the bride was under the impression that ALL dresses would be available to order before her wedding. Not the case! We had to decide on our second choice because the one we wanted was not available THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Quite unnerving and upsetting to say the least. Let's see where to start. My daughters dress was paid in full the day she ordered it. So David's already made a ton of money from her. We booked the bridesmaid appointment when they told us to. Not only was the entire wedding party treated like they were garbage so was the bride!!! Couldn't bother to help her. Bitched when they had to find sizes or even go look. My wife order a dress 8 months ago, 4 months after they called her that the dress arrived when she went found out it was the wrong color! She ordered coral and they sent it purple! Not even close! They ordered again and they never called her back to explain anything if she even was going to have the dress on time! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
