Initially had a sizing issue with a dress ordered for my daughter but Brianna made things right and was extremely courteous and professional.

Stacey was great! She listened to me, and she patiently helped me find THE wedding dress. Her expertise helped me narrow down choices, and with her suggestions and support, I ended up adding an A-line slip and a satin sash to a dress I thought was great to turn into a dress I really loved. My mom and I had a wonderful experience wedding dress shopping together with Stacey.

I loved my experience at Davids Bridal! Kelli helped me out that day, and she was very responsive, and professional. She had me in and out of those dresses in no time! She really listened to what I wanted, and pieced me together with matching accessories. She kept up a steady flow of conversation, which was comforting, since I was nervous and excited. Davids Bridal in Pinole is great! They have friendly patient staff and a great selection of dresses. I picked my dress and when it came in I had second thoughts. They scheduled me another appt. to try it on and others so that I could be confident with my purchase. The girls that helped me both times were great and made me feel so special! Bought my dress here and I couldn't be happier. I wanted something that would be simple and wouldn't break the bank, and David's Bridal helped me find it! My consultant was a little inexperienced, but the more senior consultants helped me find the perfect dress and make the whole fitting so special!
I had picked out several dresses online and that list was waiting for me when I got there. They pulled them all out as well as a few more that went along with the styles i was looking at. The experience was great and quick. I took the dress back 8 months later to get a bustle added. The woman who worked on it did the most amazing job. I had some detail on the back of the dress where the train started. She put in several ribbons to tie together so the back of the dress had layered falls.
