The person helping me, Riley, was amazing! She was super helpful, asked all the right questions and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding! Best customer service!👌
I couldn't have asked for a better experience! If you're able to request a stylist here, ask for Chelsey. I'm sure she works with multiple brides daily but made me feel like I was the most important person in the world the day I went in to shop for a gown. She was so patient, attentive, and kind. And though I went in with a list of a dozen dresses I thought I'd like, "the one" ended up being a recommendation from her. She made the day one I'll never forget and I'm so grateful that I'm writing this review :)
I went into DB to get a beaded belt for my dress, I was attending a black tie event that evening. I was already dressed for the event and of course it was starting in 15 min., I just needed that finishing touch. Elizabeth Sanderson came to my rescue and when I told her what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend she found the perfect belt! Then went above and beyond to tie it on me so it was fitted for the evening. Thank you Elizabeth for all you did! You helped make my outfit perfect!

The fitting lady was nice and tried to be helpful with helping me try on different dresses. To be fair I really did not know what I wanted. Her manager made me feel guilty when she said most brides find their dress in 5 dresses or less. I did not appreciate that comment. To be fair to me, the majority of styles they picked out just were not flattering on my non model body. So it was a very middle of the road experience. I will go back to try again.
