Vyctoria helped me throughout the whole process. She listened to everything I wanted and didn't want and kept bringing me options based on all the information. She was patient, calm, and kind. It was a great experience overall!
Amazing service!!! Ivlin and Lucy in alterations are miracle workers! I came in with my dream dress that was a little snug in the hips but they assured me it will fit perfectly for my wedding in May! They explained everything they were doing and made sure it was exactly what I wanted before they moved onto the next thing. Lily in alterations also peeked out to see the dress and made me feel like the most beautiful bride she’d ever seen and made me so comfortable with her hilarious sense of humor! My stylist Annie was great and helped me find a dress off the rack in a time crunch situation. However, due to issues outside of her control she was pulled away multiple times for significant amounts of time. Then as my appointment was close to ending we felt rushed, especially when other stylists (manager possibly) started jumping in. This created a situation that caused me to have an undergarment on that was too large when I had alterations done, which then resulted in me having to put the dress back on after a correct siz... read more

Your consultant did a good job of trying to find what it was that I was looking for. I came in with a slight idea and she helped narrow it down and open me up to other options as well. She helped satisfy my family by pulling dresses they thought would look good. She was very patient and willing to listen to what I wanted. Unfortunately I did not find a dress at your store, however my bridal party did see a few dresses they liked and we will be back to look at those at a later date.
