I felt like the perfect mix of being allowed to explore the store and try whatever dresses I wanted but also helpful hints and tips. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the assistant I had. Short hair very very sweet!
My alteration appointment went smoothly, and the seamstress was quick with pinning for the 3.5” hem. They then gave me a few dates about a month out to pick to come and pick up my dress. They then proceeded to give me a slip with the cost which was absolutely insane for a simple hem. They charged me 66 dollars and after I walked up front to check out I told the women it would be nice it they could share an estimate of the cost before the appointment. We had an appointment to look for bridesmaid dresses and as a first time bride I had an expectation this experience should be fun, positive, and exciting. From the beginning, our consultant Andrea had a horrible attitude and gave the impression she wanted to be anywhere but there. Went for alterations. They got me right in and done. Friendly and answered my questions. Also budget friendly. I got my dress there and my bridal party did as well. All 3 times we went, staff was super helpful and patient with us. Knowledgeable.
Diana at David’s bridal was amazing! I am in a wedding this Saturday and my bridesmaids dress had complications. She helped find every dress in my size and color and I was able to walk out with a dress for the wedding that is in three days! She made the return process seamless and easy lex can’t thank Diana enough!
