Had a great experience withh Brieanna
The store manager Tami is amazing. She went above and beyond for me. I ordered a dress fr my destination wedding and it didnt come in on the date given. Tami took immediate action to find out where it was and was getting it for me. She tried to contact me to let me know that it was not going to be at the store on tuesday as planned. However i was having issues with my phone and didnt receive the message. I was looking for unusual gifts for my parents and bridal party. Nora was awesome and recommended going to Joann's fabrics in southtown plaza. This worked out great. I got most items on sale and shared with staff at David's bridal. Fun day
Five star service
I was in for a special occassion dress and i was able to witness the staff go above and beyond to help a bride getting married tomorrow yes i said tomorrow find a dress that she ended up crying in because she loved it so much and it was in her budget. The staff at this store did an amazing job they even steamed her dress for her so that she will be perfect in her wedding day. I will be sending my friends to this store definately. This is what a bridal store should be like. Way to go
Had to move my wedding to tomorrow and they got me in and Lori was so kind and worked with me until i found a dress i love within my budget. Then the Store manager Tami took the time to steam it for me. They are the best. So excited for tomorrow.
