I gotta be honest my first time in the store same day I put my gown on lay away. They young lady that helped us I felt bad for. the rest of the chic's were snotty. The day I went to pay my dress off the chic who rang me up wasn't very nice to me at all. She told me they wouldn't steam my dress if I didn't get my alterations done there (which I could careless). Literally nerve wracking. They didn't tell us that our dresses would take almost 6 months to come in, and the wedding was in 6 months. After multiple phone calls we finally have our dresses a month before the wedding. They also didn't call to tell me my dress was in until after it had already been picked up. The entire process right up until the actual check out and getting our dresses in was great. After that, we've had nothing but problems. I am highly disappointed, and will not return to a David's Bridal in the future.

To say I am disappointed with Davids Bridal in Rockford, IL would be an understatement. I chose to have my bridesmaids get their dresses from Davids bridal because with all of them living in different places, it was the most convenient seeing as they have Davids bridals close to all of them. I chose to do a lace dress style F17063 for two of my bridesmaids because it is a beautiful dress, and the other 3 all have matching ones, just shorter. I wasn't to happy with the young lady that was assign to assist me finding my wedding dress she gave me dresses that was 2 small and I told her I could not fit that size also she showed no concerns in helping me find my dream dress attitude was very noticeable my godmother found the perfect dress for me at David's Bridal the young lady did not do her job

Horrible customer service, will never go back to this store. The workers are very rude and are not willing to work with you.

I made my appointment online but there was no record of it the day I arrived despite getting conformation emails. The store was cramped and messy, my consultant was slightly uninterested in my party and left before my appointment was over. Several of the dresses I wanted to try on were not in the store or wss told were discontinued. Needless to say, I didn't say yes to any dress there!

The bathrooms were dirty and I asked for an all lace dress to try on and they did not bring me what I asked. My daughter went and picked off of the racks and found 4 right away. Thanks to my daughter, I found something close to my dream dress.

My daughter and I went in the Rockford store on a Saturday to look at a dress they had on their web site. After showing the clerk the dress she wanted we were told they did not have the dress. As we were pulling sizes of a similar dress to try on (to get an idea of size) the clerk says the original dress cannot be ordered. Long story short, I went home and ordered the dress and it was delivered on Thursday! I felt like they didn't want to deal with us

I am very very disappointed. I bought my daughter's wedding attire from David's Bridal for my daughter in 2009. I was not satisfied with the customer service,they tried to make my daughter buy a bra before she could try on the dress. They didn't call when the dress arrived, My daughter also bought 3 bridesmaids dresses and 2 flower girls dresses . I was so mad at the way we were treated I said I would never come back again.
