The ladies at my location were very accommodating due to my work schedule. I only needed a half hour and in that time they were so kind and gracious to me and my family. They didn’t rush us out and allowed us adequate time for try ons and family bonding. An incredible experience by all including the manager. All the ladies deserve a raise and to be rewarded and recognized company wide for such great customer service.
My daughter was helping me shop for a dress for her wedding. Melissa at the Rockford Davis bridal location was absolutely amazing. She was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. It was an awesome experience. I would recommend going to Melissa if you need a dress.
Abigail is so sweet and very helpful!!! We had such a lovely experience! We all think she deserves a promotion!!;) She was very engaged in conversation and genuinely appeared interested in finding my daughter's perfect dress. She did a nice job of logically breaking down the decision making process so it was easier finalize decisions. David's Bridal is so blessed to have such a dedicated employee who knows her job! The women that assisted me were so kind and helpful. They picked the perfect dress and veil and I was ready to be a bride in less than one hour! I would definitely recommend you check out David's Bridal!
I’m so pleased and grateful that DB offers alterations for dresses purchased elsewhere also. My dress’s chiffon hemline was finished more skillfully than the dress had originally! The staff was very friendly, efficient and professional
