The ladies at my location were very accommodating due to my work schedule. I only needed a half hour and in that time they were so kind and gracious to me and my family. They didn’t rush us out and allowed us adequate time for try ons and family bonding. An incredible experience by all including the manager. All the ladies deserve a raise and to be rewarded and recognized company wide for such great customer service.
Jazmin was FANTASTIC!!! Seriously the BEST dress shopping experience ever! I came with my mom, grandma, and maid of honor to get dresses and we found one for everyone. Jazmin is so sweet and patient. Would 1000% recommend her. :)
Abigail is so sweet and very helpful!!! We had such a lovely experience! We all think she deserves a promotion!!;) She was very engaged in conversation and genuinely appeared interested in finding my daughter's perfect dress. She did a nice job of logically breaking down the decision making process so it was easier finalize decisions. David's Bridal is so blessed to have such a dedicated employee who knows her job! I walked in on a Saturday morning looking for a dress for a Sunday-night Oscars party. The friendly greeter found out what I needed, showed me the area of dresses that might meet my needs, and said she'd send a specialist over to help me. Janelle listened to what I wanted and helped me find several dresses to try on. I chose one, and fortunately, I was able to have the necessary alterations done within two hours! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I was one happy customer!
Came for my wedding dress a few months ago…now current day left with the perfect wedding dress…as well as 5 bridesmaid dresses and a MOG/B dresses! Could not be more pleased with staff and their patience/willingness to fulfill our wants. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
