We went in to David's Bridal today for a first time viewing of wedding dresses for my daughter. The ladies that helped us were wonderful and lo and behold my daughter found her dress on the first day! All of us loved it including me-mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, maid of honor, and the bridesmaids. Well done David's Bridal!!

I originally went for my dress fitting at the David’s Bridal in Richmond CA and received horrible service from all the workers there and because of that I did not purchase my dress that day. I then came the David’s Bridal close to my house in Roseville CA and was helped by Sharese who was the sweetest nicest person I have encountered in customer service in a while. have to say I had the most amazing stylist. When I came to Davids Bridal I had something completely differnt in mind for dresses. My stylist name was Sophia. She took the time to ask the right questions and she listened. She made me feel comfortable.I could go on and on about how wonderful she was. I had the best time. She is simply fantastic at what she does. She made me feel like a princess. I truly reccomend you going to see her if you go to David's Bridal in Roseville.
This was my very first experience at a bridal shop and it was fantastic! We were helped by Nicole in Roseville and she pulled all kinds of dresses for us that she thought would look good. I ended up picking out a dress that I originally thought I wouldn’t even like! Thank you Nicole for all your help!
I had the best experience today at the location in Roseville, ca. I came in to pick up my dress from getting altered but it was still too long. Also the halter needed to be taken up. The only problem was that I needed the dress by tomorrow and I wouldn’t be able to personally pick it up to try on so Shao (cute short hair Asian seamstress)? told me she could get it done the today (which was crazy cuz it was busy). My visit was amazing! The employees were very helpful and kind, with very great service. The consultant who helped me was named Nia, and she was so personable and made me feel comfortable with trying on dresses both in and out of my comfort zones. She was very helpful in finding The Dress for me. I highly recommend this store. And if you can I recommend you requesting Nia for your consultant!
We had such a great experience with Nicole Chalk as our consultant! She was a delight to work with! Nicole quickly caught my daughter's vision and provided several dresses to try. She put together such a nice collection that it was very hard for my daughter to chose. My daughter finally chose a dress and Nicole brought her a bell and said something to my daughter that must have touched her heart because it made her tear up. We were so impressed with you Nicole! Thank you for making it special.
