The folks at the Sacramento David’s Bridal were easy to work with and provided everything my fiancée needed to make a good decision on her wedding dress. When we arrived, Kelly (the manager) stepped right in and set us up for success, and Zoe (our stylist) went WAY beyond what I would consider good customer service. Kelly, Zoe, and the alterations specialist Lee made what could have been a very stressful event a pleasure, and we highly recommend this store to anyone who is interested.
My experience with David’s Bridal was 20/10 and I would HIGHLY recommend everyone to come here. Firstly, the prices are amazing and there’s always some sort of sale - so that’s a big bonus! Secondly, the customer service is exceptional. I had so much help and support from these lovely ladies and I honestly appreciate everyone there. Also, special shout out to Kelly, the manager.
