The consultant we had was new. But honestly I wouldn't had known until she told us. She was amazing. Put up with our craziness of trying on like 12 dresses and she was so nice!! I would recommend her to everyone. She did such a great job!!!

Lauren was exciting to work with. She listened to my daughters concerns and questions. Easy to joke with and felt like a part of the family. I would come back and ask for her. Also very creative with dress and accessories.

Was quite busy when we walked. Two people sitting at desk as walk in. Thought they would've offered some help or offer a greeting but did neither. We had several dresses to try on. Asked for help in finding dressing room and was assisted. After that, basically on own. One sales person did ask if we needed assistance. I asked if they had a gown we had looked at in a different size. She did go look for us and advised only what was on rack was available, which was fine.
