Olivia was great to work with! Made me feel very comfortable and confident with the experience.
Sara was wonderful she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and beautiful. The ringing the bell was a wonderful touch after find the dress
My experience started out pretty rough with the girl who was assigned to me first, because she made me feel like garbage about my body, but Olivia took over half way through and made me feel so much better and she helped me find a dream dress along with a sash to go with it. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and even helped me talk to alterations about what I wanted. Can't wait for my comeback appointment with her!!

Challenging, but it got done
Renae was so helpful! I had to call a few different times but when I got to the store Renae reassured me that she could help and had my dress done within a few hours!
Everyone who worked there was very pleasent, they all have great customer service skills. I would give them a higher rating but when I asked to have my dress mailed to me, it never arrived. After two weeks of waiting, i called to see what was going on. They never sent it out.
This appointment helped me try out different styles that I didn't think about. Elena helped me out today. She was great. Thanks for my first experience.
At first I got very little help from anyone and was ready to give up after trying on 4 dresses. Once the girl was done with her other customer she did a wonderful job and I found my dress through her help. She is a very sweet and knows how to find the perfect dress!! Good experience after about an hour or so. Could have used a little more help with small details like your invitations you offer, etc.
