My best friend Tracy is getting married next April, and yesterday, we came in so she could look for dresses. After a less than stellar experience at another bridal shop in town, David’s Bridal was able to squeeze us in! Rebekah is the stylist who was helping Tracy, and I have nothing but awesome things to say about her! I have to say that Carol was amazing! She brought many selections that were wonderful and then THE dress! We had went to other bridal shops, including another David's Bridal, and none of them came close to the service that we received here. So we came back and I said yes to the dress and Carol made my experience amazing!!! She never hurried us and made me feel valuable on a day that all brides should be made to feel special. Came in not knowing what to expect, I was blown away! Diane Davis was helpful, sweet, fast and listened to my every concern. She also was honest and made me feel I could trust her! I was so nervous I was going to hate everything I tried on but she made me feel like a super star and brought dresses that flattered me! The second dress I tried on, was the one , but she still brought me at least 15 others and then I went back and put on the 2nd one and it was like I knew all along. So I visited Davids Bridal yesterday (4/18/18) for a 7:30pm appointment with my mom in hopes to find the perfect dress for that special day. My consultant was Diane Davis & she was the most helpful and informative person. She was so nice and really made me feel like she wanted me to find that perfect dress. I had an exceptional time with my daughter, my mother, and her friend. We didn’t have to worry about a thing thanks to Max! Max made sure that every question and concern my daughter had was considered and met them beyond our expectations. It was ok. I felt the associate told my daughter-in-law 2B that every dress she put on she just loved on her, when in fact several looked horrible. Stop pressure selling... my soon 2B daughter-in-law did find "the dress". She was never rushed or told she only had so much time so all that was great. But I didn't like associate telling her that each one was just so perfect.
