First time experience was amazing thanks to Kelly F. I scheduled my appointment and went in alone I didn't want anyone's opinion on what I should wear for my wedding. Kelly picked out a great selection of dresses and all I can say was she was on point with everything she listened to what I was wanting for a dress. I'm thankful for people like Kelly. I would go back to David's bridal in the future thanks to Kelly keep up the awesome work Kelly:) :)

I was ok with the alterations person but I am highly uncomfortable with the fact I am paying only $20 less for alterations than for the dress itself. If I had known the cost in advance I might have taken my dress elsewhere.

The alterations went smoothly with Lauren. She was easy to talk to and informative. While we were there we were looking for a bra/corset for me and a dress for my mother. The other people in the store were not friendly or helpful. They were rude and seemed irritated anytime we had a question about anything. At the end we were able to find Kelly F, she had helped me originally when I bought my bridal gown, she very politely and eargerly helped us with my mother's dress.
