This was the BEST experience I ever could’ve asked for!!!! My dress choosing experience was wonderful, the staff was SO kind, and my dress altering experience was also amazing! I was measured and pinned by Esther, and she did the alterations on my wedding dress over the past month after my measurement appointment. She did an INCREDIBLE job!!!! Found my wedding dress and it was a lot less stressful than I thought. I went to the location by North Star and the girls were nice, but it just did not seem too genuine. I then went to this location (near Ingram) and everyone was the complete opposite from the other location. Paulina was the one to help me, and mind you, I did not have an appointment. As soon as my fiance and I walked in, everyone was very greeting and welcoming us in and asking how to help us. Once we said we had an appointment booked, they went straight to work and helped us with any questions or concerns. Once trying on dresses, our stylist by the name of Elena helping us was very interactive with us and our guests, including treating us with hype little comments and helped us find more of our styles despite how many dresses we liked or disliked. This experience was better than I could have imagined. Everyone was so kind and loving, it was like we were apart of their family. Maryann took her time with us and let us be silly which really made our appointment phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend this store!
