When I bought my dress the sales staff made alterations promises that they probably shouldn’t have. When I received the dress and first met with the alterations staff, they told me the change I wanted couldn’t be done, which was of course very upsetting. However, the alterations manager Urszula then came out and actually came up with a solution rather than just saying it couldn’t be done. Kinzie is an amazing individual!! I went bridal dress shopping with my aunt and Kinzie was an amazing help to my auntie! She helped my aunt recreate all her bridal dreams and provided multiple accessories, angles, and advice. Definitely requesting her when I go dress shopping in the future!!
Maddy and Jean were SO helpful! They made our experience fun and bent over backwards to make us feel special. I would recommend this store to my friends. Also the prices were amazingly fair.
