Tay, the alterations manager, and the alterations team did a wonderful job tailoring the bust and hem of my dress! It's absolutely perfect and they were able to accommodate my rush time - only 1 week! Prices were very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
I shopped online to see what I wanted before arriving so when I gave my salesperson an idea of what I was looking for she did a great job of matching what I wanted with what was in stock. The alterations team altogether is amazing and I’m so happy with their work. I had a difficult issue with not enough room in the arm pit and when I went to pick up it was perfect! Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Vincent! We were laughing the whole time and I loved the dresses so much that I ended up getting two! The perfect one stop shop with a wonderful customer service experience and great prices!
Maria did the Alterations on my bridal gown. And did a beautiful job. They even saw a small area that we had missed, and they fixed it before I left. Very pleasant and kind and I love their work. It feels like family.
