I can NOT describe how wonderful the alterations department was for me during my fitting appointment. Mrs. Sue (fitter), Mrs. Vicki (alterations manager) and Mrs. Kim (store manager) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my dress fitted and within my budget. I bought a dress from another store that was 3 sizes to big, I was quoted for a price that was within my budget which determined my decision to purchase the dress and I was told it would be no problem to do, this person barely looked at my dress but I accepted the quote. ... read more

Always have a great experience with the customer service. Even if there was a mistake or a hold up, the employees and manager are always keeping up with me and my crew. I absolutely love my dress and recommend this store.

This was my first fitting for my wedding dress and it was perfect.. I love the variety styles they have and would definitely recommend Davids Bridal. My stylist was Courtney and she was the BOMB 💣She was pleasant, professional and very helpful. Love ❤😘the experience.
