The days was perfection, Julia my consultant was absolutely Amazing, she listenedbto to me and followed my lead. She always had my feelings of design and what I wanted to a tee. She made the day about me and what I was looking for. I had the most wonderful experience ever absolutely perfect 100% I believe her name was Julie. She was extremely attentive and helpful I never felt so welcome and at home in a store Ever!! I will recommend all my friends and anyone else to please visit the store because the experience was overwhelming and amazing!! Went in without an appointment but they had no problem accommodating us, found the perfect dress with the perfect fit and walked out with it.. extremely happy with my experience there…
The sales rep did a great job juggling myself and our amount of people. It was hot in there, restrooms were down, and it was very crowded….not ideal for creating the atmosphere that we were hoping. It makes people feel more like you are all about the revenue vs the experience. Ideally, we only get married once and having some privacy and room to talk privately between us would be ideal. Aside from that, the rep was patient with my group and was attentive.
