It’s incredibly poor customer service to LIE to a potential patron as they walk in the door, and when you’re caught in it, demand a Doctor’s note stating the health condition they have that prevents them from wearing a face diaper (also illegal). *Never* stepping foot in your store again, and sending every bride to be I ever meet in the opposite direction of your front door, is MY new normal. Shame on you.

I’m a bit disappointed to be honest... I had a wonderful time trying on dresses and Kirsten and the (blonde) Sales Manager were AMAZING at finding dresses in my style and within my budget. I finally found a beautiful new David’s Bridal mermaid dress, cost $799. Unfortunately, the dress was special order only and it would not get here in time for our big day. I found a dress that I had loved. The associate said it fit me perfectly, so I would pay maybe $200 max in alterations. When it came time for my alterations, they charged me $700 which was almost more than the dress. If I would have known alterations would be this expensive, I would not have bought the dress. I went to pick up my dress from alterations, it did not fit me. They charged us more money to fix their own mistake. They ended up having to alter it and change what they did 3 times, which put my dress in a time crunch... read more

On 10/14/18 my Bridal Party (4 Bridesmaids and Flower Girl) and I went to Davids with an appointment to find their dresses. The first associate who helped us was great- funny, helpful, etc, she made us feel valued. We got transferred to Emma who was in charge of Bridesmaids dresses and she had the opposite disposition. Her attitude was sub-par, lacked engagement and we felt like she had no desire to help us. Her energy was low. I am sooo disappointed with my experience. I went in to find my wedding dress and I did! We went to pay and it kept ringing up for the wrong price. So we kept telling her no, the tag said this price. So she called over her manager who was extremely rude, and instead of checking the dress, she just discounted the price to what we said it was. They were horrible. The one on one personal attention for a bride to be was non existent. They did not assist us in any way. Will never go back.

I had the worse experience! I would never return nor recommend to my worse enemy. At first they seemed very nice by quickly turned into a carsales men. Promised me I could make payments on my dress, cried, did the whole bell thing and last minute was like sorry, I need all the money now. I did purchase my dress there because of the sale and I was truly in love. Received the dress, made me sign for it and wouldn't even help me try it on. At which point it didn't fit and I was shit out of luck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Absolutely a HORRIBLE experience. So bad I spent 47 minutes on the phone with corporate customer service. The "stylist" was SO rude to my party and I she was complaining that she kept getting called over the intercom. Even when she wasn't getting called she would disappear for long periods of time during my appointment. I finally said enough and said let's just do my bridal party's appointment now, she wasn't present for that at all she literally handed me her clipboard and told me to just write the information down.
