This is the best David's Bridal I have been to. The staff here is excellent, they are attentive and their customer service has been great so far. I've been up to that store at least 4 times now, and they are always so friendly. It took me a few hours to pick out my perfect wedding dress and I didn't even book an appointment and they still put up with me! Wonderful experience for bride, mother of bride & bridesmaids!
Very disappointed. My mom bought me a dress from someone that bought the dress at David's bridal never worn. I called to see if they would do my alterations seeing how it is one of there dresses that still had tags and they can't because I'm not the one who bought it new from David's bridal. Am I being punished for buying one of there dresses from someone who didn't get to wear it? It's business at the door and they turned it away. Will not shop here again. Have to find else where for bridesmaids dresses as well.
I wanted to buy mother of bride dress but she said she couldn't tell me how much it would cost to do alterations. Who wants to buy a dress not knowing the price. No thank guess I won't buy your dress. Too bad I liked dress
My experience was good until the day of the wedding..... 1.I realized paying for the bustle was a complete waste of money, my bustle fell within an hour of pining it up. I wouldn't recommend paying to get it done. 2. I also would not recommend purchasing the long bridesmaid dress with the one shoulder corded lace bodice with ribbon belt at waist. Although it is a BEAUTIFUL dress, the zipper is made with poor quality. Out of 6 of my bridesmaids, 2 of their dresses broke the day of my wedding. 1 being as we were trying to zip ... read more
They told me they would hold my prom dress for 24 hours, so I could bring my Mom with me so she could see it on me. We returned to the store within 24 hours and the dress was no longer being held, and was sold to someone else. The other dress that was being held for me was also not on hold, and was returned to the floor for sale. After coming home early from vacation, and driving 40 minutes, my Mom spoke with the manager about this problem.
