I had my appointment with Donna to find a dress with a limited timeframe. She listened to what style I had in mind. After 3 dresses, I found the one! She was wonderful to work with. I hope to work with her in the future if I ever need another dress. Thank you, Donna!
Save your money and your dress. I just had my bridesmaid dress altered for $130 and they returned it to me with A HOLE! The manager, Rachel Bulcano refused to compensate the dress for damages they caused, called me a bully for asking and walked away. My dress is ruined and I'm pissed.
0.0 Bought a dress for my daughter from them the same day covid shut everything down. The prom got put on hold. We asked them for some help or store credit being as it was past the 60 days. Very disappointed they wouldn't work with us on it. We will be going elsewhere for a new dress. Thanks for nothing

They told my MOH and Bridesmaids to choose a dress size smaller. They live out of town, and now my ladies are stuck with ginormous fitting fees even though we thought they just needed their size. When calling DB... the management took zero responsibility to their practice, had no empathy and was callous and rude. I will NEVER suggest anyone go there.

Keita- we didn't have an appointment but there was one other person in the store and we ran and got all the dresses that we needed. Keita was helpful with making sure the dresses came in the right color but didn't really do much else and didn't have any suggestions.

Just so you know, in birdeye, the stylist hits the five stars and then gives the ipad to the customer to write something while they are standing there. That's why all the birdeye reviews are 5 stars, the customer doesn't choose them herself. Not very honest practice.
