I went in for a bridal appointment. This was my first appointment and the staff were so accommodating and attentive. They walked me through the process and took great care to make sure my preferences were included in the dress selection process. They had a wide selection and the assistance I received was phenomenal. Even though they were attending to two appointments at once, I never felt like my needs were ignored and I never felt rushed. I went in a Friday morning with my mom, sister, and bridesmaid to look at bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses. I came prepared with a list of 8 or so dresses I want to try on. The consultant let me know up front she was helping another party at the time but she would pull the dresses I had on my list and I could browse the racks for more. I was very picky of what kind of dress I wanted ..Alison who helped me was patient and very helpful and made my vist comfortable and worth while she knew exactly what I would look beautiful in and took the time to show me different styles and prices as well as accessories !!! Two thumbs up!!!
