I wish I could post pictures.....OF THE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE JOB ON THE ALTERATIONS OF MY COUSINS WEDDING DRESS. DO YOU KNOW SHE HAD TO SPEND HER WEDDING DAY WITH IDK AT LEAST 50 PUSH PINS IN HER WEDDING GOWN. 500+ DOLLARS TO GET HER DRESS TAKEN IN AND YOU LEFT PUSH PINS IN IT, NEVER EVEN SEWED THE AREAS THAT STILL HAD PUSH PINS, THE BUSTLE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN AND CROOKED ALSO. Had appointments today at 3 with Deanna who was the perfect associate in every way. Tried on about 15 gowns, narrowed it down to 3 and finally one . Then went over to the other side of the store to try on best girl gowns and mother of the bride. 3 successes !!! So my best friend came in today for a fitting for her wedding gown and had the worst experience they where unprofessional and if her wedding wasn't next month I would have told her to get a refund and go else where. the lady fitting her dress left needles all over the floor that she almost stepped on barefooted then almost caused her to step on the front of her dress which also had even more pins in it because of it being fitted and then when she was checking out they kept refusing to tell her how much all of it had cost and... read more

I wouldn't even give it one star. Let me tell you, this was the one place I wanted to go. It has a big name and is supposed to be good quality. My mom came in all the way from Texas to go dress shopping with me. Plus we drove an hour to the store in Tampa. No where on their website did they advertise appointments were mandatory. We get all the way there and I was notified I couldn't even try on dresses. They didn't care, even given the circumstances. We looked around. No one helped us look at all. I went with my best friend. She made her appointment they double booked the girl that was working with her. We were there for 3 hours she only got to try on 3 dresses. Also we keep telling her consultant what type of dress she wanted and they keep pulling the complete oppisite. It was a horable experience!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

Really really bad service we were arranged with a "stylist" and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was in the dressing room waiting to be helped with the dresses I had chosen out, she went off to help others that came in after me even though I needed help. Definitely not buying my dress here, as a future bride your supposed to be excited to find your wedding dress but here they made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I had a very nice experience shopping for my gown. The staff is knowledgeable,kind,and caring. I found a beautiful gown for my son's wedding. I am so glad I went to David's Bridal, in Tampa, Florida. Thank you, all!
