Kimeka J was awesome!! I found my dress on the first day!! She was really helpful and knew exactly which dresses to pull to match my style.. so happy I had her there to help me through this process! Mary and Kaitlyn were great during my ordering process and made me feel comfortable with my purchase!
This was my first experience at David's Bridal in Tampa and it was quick and easy choosing and ordering a bridesmaid dress! The staff was great, especially Linda who helped me with my fitting.
Jenna and Raul were incredibly helpful when it came to my alterations. I am giving them five stars rather than the store because I’ve had MULTIPLE issues regarding my dress (since I bought it last March) and they have made the process a lot less stressful. The bustle was done incorrectly, and they could have easily let me walk out without saying a word (I never would have known) but instead apologized and took care of it right away.
Where do I even begin? My experience here was nothing short of absolutely incredible! Until I met Lisa, Jenna and Raul last week, I was literally losing sleep over not having my dream dress. I have been to this David’s Bridal for 2 separate appointments now. My first appointment was with Lisa, and she was just amazing. She was so kind, and really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t rave enough about this David’s Bridal and the amazing ladies who work here. I got my dress during the $99 sale, all my accessories there, and my mom found her dress instantly! The customer service was fantastic, especially when I had no clue what I wanted when I walked in. They also were able to correct an order I made at another David’s Bridal location to make sure everything will be in on time. Make an appointment and they’ll do everything they can to help!

I went in to David’s Bridal to shop for a prom dress for my daughter. I originally was assigned to a bridal stylist that was extremely busy. Willisa saw the frustration on my daughters face. The moment she stepped in, our whole experience changed. She went over and beyond for us. She is the true definition of Perfect Service. We found a dress and my daughter loves it.
Kalee A. helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding day!! She also helped my daughter with her flowergirl dress. Finally, helped my bridesmaids! She did wonderfully!!���
