I went to get a bridesmaid dress about a week ago. The staff was really nice and helpful, but I was really disappointed by their selection. I told the ladies I needed a black long dress and it to be here before the 16th of Oct. So they only pulled dresses that could be here in time. I ordered the dress and paid extra to get it by the 4th. I called before I went to The Woodlands since it’s a 45 min drive from me, to make sure it was ready. Well she was late kept us waiting. Very unorganized and said you know that’s a bridal dress?! Well yea I’m the bride!! Ugh Gaby Mae not a great start to my wedding dress Journey. No worries y’all great experience at Fiancee in Spring! Ask for Jillian she was amazing.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I came in for 1pm appointment and arrived on time. I was asked to browse and someone would be with me shortly. 10 minutes, 15, 20, then 30 min later, no help. Even with me following ups, and asking if I should reschedule. Then customers that came in after me, were being helped before me. When I said I was leaving, that is when they finally said someone was ready to help me. Absolutely awful!
