I was trying to find a dress for my daughter's wedding and had just come from another store and was feeling a little down because although I had tried on several dresses it's impossible to know exactly how well they fit because they were all sample dresses sized for 10-12 sizes. I can NOT describe how wonderful the alterations department was for me during my fitting appointment. Mrs. Sue (fitter), Mrs. Vicki (alterations manager) and Mrs. Kim (store manager) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my dress fitted and within my budget. I bought a dress from another store that was 3 sizes to big, I was quoted for a price that was within my budget which determined my decision to purchase the dress and I was told it would be no problem to do, this person barely looked at my dress but I accepted the quote. ... read more
