I had the best experience Friday. When Shelly took over about 20 mins, it was amazing. I had found a dress on clearance and it ended up being the one. However every dress and Shelly brought could have been a winner. We did go to another store but DB was hands down the best. Thanks Shelly for being awesome!

Absolutely stellar customer service!!! I came in with no idea of what I wanted and walked out with a beautiful wedding dress!!!! My consultant found the perfect dress!!! So happy I went to Davids Bridal!!

I found "the dress" 6 months before my wedding. It was exchanged for the same dress 4 times due to needing different sizes and issues in alterations. Finally after many tears I gave up and chose a completely different dress 6 days before the wedding and I'm so thankful I did! It was perfect. The manager and alterations department were very helpful. The only negative was for bridesmaids dresses I specifically asked to see dresses that were on sale but none were pulled.
