Came in about a week ago to find my perfect dress. The only reason they get three stars is because I found a gorgeous dress. I had booked my appointment several weeks prior. When I got there, they didn't have anything organized. No consultant scheduled for my time. And despite me spending much time saving favorites on the website they couldn't pull up my choices on their computer, which is what I was told they could do when I booked the appointment, so we had to spend 30 mins of the appointment looking. I'm usually not one to write reviews but I really have to give a shout out to Michaela (sp?) at David's Bridal in Tyler, TX. I was super nervous about trying on dresses. I get overwhelmed very easily, but she made my experience the best ever. Even during my meltdowns during alterations, she was always there to bring me back down to earth, encourage me, and make things right. Having her assist me, was a blessing!! Thank you Michaela for being every bit of awesome and more to me!
