My first time ever at David’s bridal was nothing short of eventful. From overpromising store associates about the seamstress’ ability to make alterations, to paying nearly the same amount I paid for the dress on alterations that still didn’t fit me. Vianne Taylor is a MAGICIAN!!! she completely made my dress to fit me like a glove, there is absolutely no complaints with her work. I am a busty gal and the way she worked with me and my body was respectful and absolutely spot on. Highly highly recommend Vianne for alterations.
excellent customer service. We bought a wedding dress and alterations were done by David's Bridal and they did a fabulous job. Of all the David’s Bridal location I went to, I have to say the Vaughan location is the best! Literally got my wedding dress and did my alterations here. Nadia was able to find me the dress of my dreams. She pulled out a Vera Wang dress that was similar to a dress I showed her and it was way under budget! Josie did an amazing job on the alterations for my daughter's wedding gown. Not only does the dress look perfect, but she made us feel like she was working on a family member's dress. My mom and I just picked up our dresses from the alterations department. Our seamstress Josie was so kind and helpful. Our dresses both needed a last minute adjustment and Josie was able to do them both on the spot to save us a trip. She ensured we left happy. While waiting we saw her assist other customers with great patience, customer service, and problem solving skills. She is a gem and a true asset to the Vaughan David’s Bridal location.
