The ladies are extremely nice. More information can be provided about time frames on the first visit .. I was never told a time frame on ordering a dress or getting alternations and I could have missed the deadlines because of this. I made two trips before picking my dress and a third when the actual dress was ready for pick up. Noone told me during all these visits alternations can only be done on certain days and there's still time frames that need to be considered . Libby helped me find the perfect wedding dress. It was a walk in and she served us very quickly. She was very attentive, patient, and helpful with her suggestions of dresses and accompanying accessories. Afterwards, I had to get the hem shortened and the alterations team was very nice. The price for adjusting the hem was a bit expensive but the alterations manager helped me out. I really appreciate the whole staff here who were super friendly! Service was great, personal service was phenominal. I didnt like alterations department as they weren't accommodating in allowing me to pick up a couple of weeks earlier. Change of plans. Reason: i put on some weight and needed minor adjustments

LIBBY IS THE BEST!!! I had the priviledge to have Libby help me during both of my visits to the woodbridge location for my wedding. She is super knowledgable and genuine and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress for my day and my budget! I would highly recommend this location, everyone was very friendly and helpful and the alterations team is amazing!
Libbi is such a special member of the David's Bridal team. With my wedding only 3 months away, she was determined to help me find my dress. This is my second time being there and this is my first alteration appointment and as always there very under very knowledgeable about everything and they always go the extra mile to help you out even when you go by yourself and I'll take some pictures for you very very happy and I always love going there
Went shopping for a dress for my cousins' wedding this summer. Great, polite and courteous service.
