I had a fantastic experience at David's Bridal in Vaughan. I was helped by sales associates Athena and Nousha, both so incredibly kind and helpful. Went in for an exchange (original dress was purchased October of 2022) and left with a new bridesmaid dress. I love so much better than the first I had picked out. If you're in need of a bridesmaid dress or wedding gown for that matter, please so yourself a favour and check out this location asap!

I purchase my wedding dress here in January. Every step of the process was absolutely amazing. My absolute favorite lady was Vianne, her and her team did a fabulous job. She knows what she's doing and she makes sure that the dress is exactly everything we want. After my final fitting I went to try on the dress. There was one little thing that I wanted fixed and she was able to do that for me in no time. Amazing customer service and she's just amazing with all her customers. It’s been a long year and a half waiting for the day I get to pick up my dress!!! David’s bridal has been wonderful! The alterations department are top notch! Maryam is such a wonderful helpful team member! I just loved my experience!! Thanks so much!!!

I came to David’s bridal for my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and alterations. Vianne Taylor did such an amazing job with getting my vision together as she altered the dress and made my dress feel like it was made for me. All the ladies that helped me at my fitting were a great help and were so kind and friendly, appointments were on time and were very accommodating with the time frame I gave them for getting my dress finished. The staff running the front of the house was absolutely the worst. Sukhi was repeatedly disrespectful. I am, however, giving a 5 star review because Vianne (alterations manager) was absolutely amazing. I’m not one to usually give 5-stars after being disrespected repeatedly by the front store staff but Vianne went above and beyond to make my dress fit me like a glove, and accentuate my best features. Good job Vianne!!
