excellent customer service. We bought a wedding dress and alterations were done by David's Bridal and they did a fabulous job. We will like to thank Libby and Ilfeanyi for the help and coordination in getting the alterations done on time for our traveling schedule. a very busy place but the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Of all the David’s Bridal location I went to, I have to say the Vaughan location is the best! Literally got my wedding dress and did my alterations here. Nadia was able to find me the dress of my dreams. She pulled out a Vera Wang dress that was similar to a dress I showed her and it was way under budget! Josie did a fantastic job on my dress. I came in looking for extensive alterations. Josie designed a whole new back for my gown, and now it looks exactly like I imagined! Thank you Josie for making my wedding dress look perfect!
Josie did an amazing job on the alterations for my daughter's wedding gown. Not only does the dress look perfect, but she made us feel like she was working on a family member's dress. My mom and I just picked up our dresses from the alterations department. Our seamstress Josie was so kind and helpful. Our dresses both needed a last minute adjustment and Josie was able to do them both on the spot to save us a trip. She ensured we left happy. While waiting we saw her assist other customers with great patience, customer service, and problem solving skills. She is a gem and a true asset to the Vaughan David’s Bridal location. We just finished up at David’s Bridal. My wife to be needed a dress in 5 days! Even with such a tight schedule, our bridal consultant Athena was incredible. She pulled all the dresses that would fit off the rack, and was with us every step of the way. The dress required a small alteration that we didn’t think we would be able to complete because of their busy schedule. The manager, Faiza, helped us connect with the seamstress who was able to assist us last moment! Incredible experience for my fiancée.

I purchased my bridesmaid dress prepandemic. Received the wrong dress delivered in the height of the pandemic. When I tried to switch it out for the correct dress they sent me the wrong size which left me with the right style in the wrong size. They agreed to alter the dress free of charge, in the end I ended up paying $100 for a hem and cups. Went to pick up the dress after alterations and they were not very well done.
