I took my daughter and her best friend to David’s Bridal to find prom dresses for the first time. Laura and Mayra were incredibly helpful with guiding them, providing suggestions, and finding alternate dresses to try that they wouldn’t have picked on their own. One of which ended up being THE dress! It was a wonderful experience!

The workers were very nice, helpful, and understanding. I am very indecisive when it comes to fashion but they made sure to help me out with whatever I needed. They even work on dresses that aren’t from their store/branch!! Alterations are reasonably priced too! I went to a shop before David's Bridal and they quoted me $800 within 2 minutes of putting the dress on!! :( David's Bridal actually looked at my dress (for at least an hour) and quoted me less than HALF of what the other store quoted me. My sister and I were dress shopping at the Brea location where she saw a dress she fell in love with. When we tried to purchase the dress, the stylist helping us told us the dress wasn’t for sale because they haven’t launched the line yet. We thought it was weird we weren’t able to purchase the dress because they had many of these same dresses out on the racks. We called the Vista location where they were able to sell us the dress we needed with no problem! They have a great team who was very helpful!

My mother came in for her second fitting. A really nice young man named Sheridan helped us and agreed that the front of the dress was a little too long. He quickly pinned it up and let us know when it would be ready for pick up. He was very friendly, social, and professional and made our experience very pleasant and joyous which is what we were hoping for in preparation for my daughter's wedding. The alterations department at David's Bridal provides great service in general. Thank you all!!!!

I worked with Belinda at David's bridal in Vista. She was exceptional, very courteous, and professional, as well as knowledgeable, she took her time and helped me out. We found a dress within the first hour. She knew exactly what I was looking for and we were able to find a flower girl dress, and all the necessary accessories. She was exceptional. She's wonderful I highly recommend her and lastly she went the xtra mile and made my experience a wonderful one!
