My partner and I purchased our wedding dresses and Catherine was our consultant. From the moment we walked in until we left, she was attentive, patient and made us feel so comfortable. She truly loves her job and cares about each Bride and making sure they walk out with a wedding dress they truly love! I would highly recommend David Bridals and Catherine as your wedding consultant!
I have been to this location on a few different occasions and I have been treated with the unionist respect. My consultant Ms. CATHY had been extremely helpful. I have bought 2 dresses for my wedding and I am in love with the both of them. I am so grateful for the experiences here. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
Allana L. and Leticia B. were awesome!!!! I came in the store in a jam and they were able to help me find my dress in a more suitable size and also a Tea-Length slip for my dress. Allana was very patient, helpful and understanding. Leticia was more than helpful to help me with exchanging my dress from a different location. I was in and out with no problem. This is my second time going to the Springfield store and both experience was amazing.. Katherine was the front end and she was a wonderful lady i had to go pick up my daughters bridesmaid dress and unfortunately I was in a bit of stress and had explained to Katherine the situation I was in with my wedding dress and if I could make an appointment which was for today I ended up crying and she was so comforting as she was doing that our same consultant Shantez passed by and saw us and asked if all was ok. I was at the Springfield Store today. Our appointment was for 12 and we didn't get started until 1225 but after that everything was great. Miysha was our consultant and she was amazing and helped me find the perfect wedding dress and then helped my cousin find her bridesmaids dress. Overall it was a very good experience.

I got my gown from davids bridal and has Lulinda do the alterations. She was amazing! Reconstructed me gown and came out exactly as I envisioned it.

I would like to say that my experience today was absoulety wonderful Catherine is the best bridal consultant ever. My godsister said yes to the dress in under an hour. Way under budget and she got a dress something she wasn't expecting to buy. CATHERINE YOU ARE AWESOME.
