I went there today for the first time, I didn't have an appointment and they still took me in. Catherine Buckley was helping me all the time, she was absolutely wonderful! Even when we are planning a very small ceremony and we haven't pick a color and I was absolutely lost, she guided me and showed me everything and gave options! Amazing customer service! We had an amazing expierence with Monica, she was so great! After an unfourtante terrible expierence at another bridal botique, we called David's Bridal and they squeezed us in for an appointment immediately. The bride tried on GORGOUS dresses, and Monica was so patient and creative with choosing dresses for the bride. We all left estatic, and even chose our bridesmaids dresses on a whim! Yesterday I went in for my first bridal appointment. I was nervous because I was hoping to have a smooth and amazing experience. I cant believe how amazing Monica was. She is not only a sweet heart but you can just see how much she loves to do what she does. She helped me from the beginning to the very end. She gave me options, listened to what I wanted and was able to help me find me the PERFECT dress. I will be returning for sure in November with my brides maids! Thank you Monica !!!!!!
