I had been in 3 separate times, each never finding a dress. So I showed up for my third, with my wedding being 2 months away and found THE dress. I went over my time and the lady who was originally taking care of me was ok. The lady who stepped in after going over my time of the appointment was so nice. Made sure I was 100% of my dress and pulled it together with the beautiful accessories.
My experience here was beyond every expectation. My bridal party and I had the first appointment of the day on a Saturday morning. We were in the expert hands of Carla, a true gem at this store. Carla knew every question to ask, when to be discrete, how to handle the bridal party. She set me at ease and made me feel comfortable in the changing room as she helped me into multiple dresses. I went to West Palm Beach store with my daughter, her future mother-in-law and aunt to be. We met Simon and immediately I felt he was going to be great. The store had checked Jessi's selection online and he was right in step. Thank you Simon for making this experience a great one. Simon at the West Palm Beach store was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a wonderful time. Simon was efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him & this location to others.
Simon at the West Palm Beach location on Okeechobee Boulevard was incredible to work with! He pulled several gowns and was very knowledgeable about the different styles available and suggesting things that would look good on me! Thanks to him I was able to find the dress of my dreams! I would 100% recommend this location and Simon as a consultant!
