Went back in October and they were all friendly. Put my dress on layaway, had to cancel because my dad was in the hospital and I had to make a trip up to MI. The guy manager was kind of rude to me but he didn't know why I cancelled. Came in today about 11:05am with my matron of honor. Didn't make an appointment, two ladies at the "host stand" were NOT nice. Said we couldn't try anything on because they were already booked. At first I was a little upset but I should have made an appointment but my sale associate turned my experience around and the manager was very supportive and awesome. I said yes to the dress and walked out with a smile on my face =)

Great service! They ordered my dress twice for me because I lost weight and they exchanged it no problem. They even got the dress in 2 weeks before they estimated. I'm beyond thrilled with my experience.
An amazing experience to say the least. ..our bridal consultant was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make my friend's day perfect. She was so attentive to the bride and knew exactly what types of gowns to pull....and thanks to the entire staff at David's Bridal, Erin was able to SAY YES TO THE DRESS;)
