Went looking for my dress yesterday and received the worst service from a sales person that just seemed miserable to be there. Saw some styles I liked but will not be returning with that associate.

Worse possible experience ever! Everyone there was super rude and there was no help!!! Front desk girl was nasty and I would never recommend going back there. This was my third time going there and won’t ever do that again... ���� bride was pissed when I told her what happened...

I was there for my alterations. I live an hour and a half away. Scheduled a sitter and drove into town. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:30 I check in and asked if they were running on time. The lady at the desk said they were running on time on a strict schedule to come back at 2:00. I was totally ok with this. Went to a few shops and came back right at 2:00. The same lady then said we are running behind it will be 30 minutes. On July 27th, I selected a dress. I was told that night that If I wanted my wedding dress, I had to pick it that night for it to be there by September 17th because It needed to be altered one month out. I was told my dress would come in on August 17. I scheduled my alterations for the 20th of August. I was told I could leave my dress at the store until alterations because it was so close. So I wrote a great review when I bought the dress... fast forward to when I go to pick up my dress... huge bridal party was there and they didn't even have room to let me try on my dress I had to sit and wait forever, whatever it happens but today I go to my alteration... I was told upon purchasing the dress the alterations were free, I live an hour away I would have gotten my dress altered closer to home if it wasn't free... well it cost me over $250 AND I didn't want my train but they said "corporate doesn't allow that." The first visit walking into the building i was unaware that you needed a reservation. Thats my fault. But when telling them i would just look they gave me so much attitude saying dont touch anything. They make you feel unwanted. I came back with a reservation and the girl helping us was awesome. I found my dress. When paying she said it would be available pick up in August. She took down all my info and said they would contact me. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and I don't even know why I bothered to make an appointment. The store was empty, maybe 4 other people in the store. The lady assigned to us helped me pick out a couple of dresses when I first got there but didn't see her after that. I had to go pick out other sizes and dresses for my bridesmaids to try on while the lady who was supposed to help us was helping a bride pick out her dress even though we were there first.
