I had such a positive experience at this David's Bridal store. in fact, it was the store clerk who first picked out the dress that would become my wedding dress. It was a very reasonably priced yet elegant dress. And then Merl in alteration did a fantastic job fitting the dress and giving me a sassy and elegant french bustle. I felt stunning on the day of our wedding and I owe a big thanks to David's Bridal for that.

Absolutely recommend booking an appointment with Sarah. Just make sure they don’t try to pass you on to someone else the day of your appointment. Also keep an eye out for your dress as they tried to say I already picked mine up when I had not so it was extremely nerve wrecking but issue was resolved and I got my dress.

This store was amazing. I had gone to the store located in Sunrise, FL and they have the worst staff I have ever came across. Not only were they rude but did not like the fact that MY mother was talking to ME in Spanish, and we were just LOOKING around the store for ideas, not an appointment. I quickly left and made my appointment with the one in West Palm Beach Okeechobee. Day and night difference, I think the name of the girl who helped me wasAnrika and she was AMAZING!!! I only went in twice and I cancelled 3 times and the staff was not only nice but very understanding Marlee especially she found me my perfect dress and she's the best nice sweet and patient ask for Marlee when you go there!!

So my dress came out beautiful in the end. The price of my dress was awesome and my bridesmaids dresses were beautiful and decent price as well. The only thing I have to say that was a horrible experience was that two weeks before my wedding day I went for my final fitting and my dress was still not right. The seamstress who is no longer working with this specific store as I was informed didn't seem to care since she was over whelmed. The dress was put in to be fixed again and at that point I was asked to come back a few day... read more

I got my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses at David's Bridal. Fern at the West Palm Beach location was AMAZING! She knew after talking with me for just a few minutes what I would like and not like. She picked out the perfect veil to go with my dream dress. It was just beautiful. The bridesmaids dresses were also purchased at David's Bridal. Highly recommend using them for the bridesmaids...all of my bridesmaids live in different states and they made it easy for them all to find the right dress. They all looked beautiful!

The night before shopping for my dress I looked online and found the dress of my dreams. When I arrived at David's Bridal they already had all the options I chose from online ready to try on with my bridal party (who were comfortably seated in front of my dressing room).
