The alterations department was wonderful. They did a great job except for a small unnoticeable tear. And they were on time and ready. That same day i was also supposed to pick up my veil which was shipped. They lost my veil and stated someone picked it up however would not give me a printout of who picked it up. They never gave me a printout. The manager said she would go look except she never came back for almost an hour. I Will Not Go To This David's Bridal Again.. I Tried On Wedding Dresses And the Service was Horrible... Went To The One In Melbourne..What a difference It was ... Service was great and found My Dress ...

Worst experience. Try on Dresses are stained and ripped. Know one helped me to try things ob because their were other bridal parties spending more money. You guys told me it would come on the first then when first called you said the 10th. It came the 8th said you guys were going to ship it to me. Called a few days later and it was still sitting at the store.

8/31/15 I called to ship my dress once it arrived in store with no problems placing the order giving payment and shipping information was informed by Ashley that items ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays and that an email with a tracking number would come to me. 9/4/15 I called and spoke with Ashley requesting tracking number because I never received and email I was asked to leave my number for shipping to call me with tracking number directly. 9/10/15 I call and speak with Emma; explain that I have no email or phone call with a ... read more

I went to the place 2 years ago to try a bridesmaid dress on that time I was overweight so I was very hard for me to feel comfortable on any dress , the vendor laugh at me telling me I was what I was and have to deal with it , kept bringing dresses that they were double my size and at the end she left me by myself in the fitting room crying , six month later I went back to pick up the dress and 50 pounds less I looked at her and I said remember me ???? Terrible service! We were about to spend almost 400.00 until we were ostracized by a sales person for shopping without making an appointment. Sale lost.

Okay, i usually don't post rants on FB but this one i can't help it. I called Davids bridal to order a brides maid dress. After being on hold for several minutes then transfer several times to different people (who had no clue) i finally talk to somebody with a brain. I give all my info and measurements etc.. ask for the pricing and say we should get a discount etc... im transfer again to another person and go through all the info again.
