I went to pick up my wedding dress and it looked completely different on me than the sample I'd tried on, it looked horrible. I was assigned to Barbie who was not expecting to take on a new dress search but she could tell I didn't like the dress I had purchased. She was so busy, helping so many different people because of how busy it was there, but she still took the time to pay attention to my requests and help me find the perfect dress. I came in two weeks ago and ordered my Wedding dress. I got exactly what I wanted! They did forget to let me ring the bell like the other brides-but that's ok. Wendy is very helpful and sweet. We came in this weekend on Saturday for our bridesmaids dresses, Wendy helped us again. She was way over booked and probably didn't even have time for lunch that day. My first time at this store was not great, but I have to say the 2nd time I came in made up for it, thanks to Barbie. The first time we came in was on a Sunday and it was very crowded and our consultant was working with me and at least 2 other brides. We felt rushed and our consultant was unable to give us her full attention so there were times I was just standing in a dress I didn't like, waiting for her to come back with more options. Barbie made my experience so amazing! She was fun, knowledgeable, and really seemed to care. She picked out the perfect dress for me and I ended up buying it! She seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me and it felt like I was just hanging out with my friends! There was no stress at all! I was not planning on picking out a dress today but I'm so happy I did! �
While aiding my sister and mother in shopping for my sisters dream dress Barbie was there for every moment. Not only was she funny and charming but she was beautiful.
