Cathy was amazing!!! She explained the entire process in a way that was organized and concise. She allowed me to go and wander while pulling some of the dresses from my favorites list. She was also incredibly helpful in narrowing down style and look that I wanted but didn't know yet. I went to the Westminster store after a horrible experience in Aurora. I got the privilege of working with Emily. I can't say enough about this girl! We walked around the store looking for dresses. We talked likes and dislikes and tried dresses completely not wedding typical. When I told her I was open to styles colors and looks her eyes lite up and she was just as excited about finding me a dress as I was to look and try on. I had such a amazing time looking for my wedding dress with Barbie! She not only made the experience comfortable but fun. She was very attentive to all of my needs and wants no matter how specific they were. I truly recommend that you request to have Barbie help you as well, you won't regret it!
Best customer service I have ever seen. I bought a dress from them 3 years ago for a wedding that never came to be. I absolutely loved the dress but if course after 3 years I definitely wasn't going to fit in it anymore.. I went in to see if there was some chance of it getting altered. Sadly there was not. But the staff came to the rescue and allowed me to exchange sizes because they still had my dress being sold!!! Today I worked with Emily and she was AMAZING! She helped me find the PERFECT dress that brought me to tears, happy tears of course. I’ve never felt more beautiful. This location had a ton of options but thankfully the 3rd dress I tried on was the one! She glammed me up perfectly and really personalized everything for me. For instance, picking out accessories that matched my engagement ring. I loved everything about my experience at David’s Bridal. Emily was great!
Cathy helped me and was so kind & funny! Found my bridesmaid dress the first try! Pretty happy about that I highly recommend her!
I accidentally showed up an hour early for my appointment, but the very nice and helpful staff made sure I was taken care of and squeezed me in so I could get back on the road!
