RecommendedSeth took care of my phone call after realizing I should have asked to try my gown on with a slip. I had purchased my gown at a different David’s bridal where they didn’t offer the slip… The experience at Wilkes Barre was amazing! It was better than my original appointment at a location in NJ. Very happy with the service, cleanliness of the store, and the overall experience.

Loved David's Bridal. Anyone looking for a dress should ask for Liz she was fantastic. She helped me find the perfect dress for my son's wedding. Liz listened to my request and then took the time to help me find what I was looking for. It wasn't the style I was looking for but it turns out it looked better than anything I would have picked out for myself. Extremely satisfied with the dress and shoes.
Oh my gosh, today was a momentous day for me! The mother of the bride! I was apprehensive as gown shopping is way out of my comfort zone, however Judy (god bless this woman) took me under her wing, helped with everything I needed all while being reassuring about everything from my gown to my earrings and everything in between!!! Absolutely delightful, once in a lifetime experience!!! Thank you Judy, you were a blessing to a very nervous mom!! Ida pace

The customer service provided in this store was fantastic. I felt like i was the only one in the store. Every employee was helping a customer. My personal employee was Mary Ann who helped me find my perfect dress ( especially since im not a dress person ) she earned every dollar that day.

Highly recommend! Prices are affordable, such a large selection! We had Mary Ann helping us with the process and she was fabulous. She gave us her opinions on styles, and even recommended some of her own favorites to us. We found the perfect bridesmaid dress that we all fell in love with and she was such a big help.
